Redstone Technologies consists of three entities operating as independent cost centers providing services in three core pillars: Training, Maintenance, and Engineering

The Training Services Division (TSD) is our core company which was founded in June of 2015, and has operated under the names of TTX Solutions and FTAviation. Our staff is employed by this business unit and it is the central pillar of Redstone Technologies which owns and manages the other two divisions.

The Maintenance Services Division (MSD), was similarly founded in 2015, and has previously operated under the name of Black Hall Aerospace, Inc. Purchased in 2022, our MSD’s capabilities are well known to the government and large business prime contractors alike.

The Engineering Services Division (ESD), was founded in 2017, and has previously operated under the name of Redstone Aviation Group LLC. ESD’s history of aircraft modifications brings a unique pillar to our core capabilities.

We are majority owned by Flight Test Aerospace, Inc., however, we operate as a separate, FOCI-mitigated, defense contractor independent of the parent company.
